Supporting Worldpay’s demerger from FIS, SYZYGY provided Digital Experience Services (DXS) to enhance Worldpay’s market presence and customer engagement.

In 2024, Worldpay, a global leader in payment and technology services, embarked on a major transformation as it separated from its parent company, FIS. Handling over 40 billion transactions annually across 146 countries and 135 currencies, Worldpay needed to assert a new, independent identity while maintaining operational excellence.

SYZYGY was selected to ensure a smooth transition. Our approach was rooted in driving growth through digital strategies, user-focused design, and targeted performance marketing.

Our digital strategy, which is based on a data-driven and customer-centred approach, was a perfect fit for Worldpay’s objectives. Our key priorities:
