Bensons for Beds are an established bedding retailer with a large footprint of showroom stores across the UK. And while Bensons, like the whole industry, was moving towards a hybrid model (online/offline), the pandemic triggered an immediate need to accelerate this process.

As Bensons’ digital media partner, we provided and executed a strategy which  focused on ROAS, maximised limited budget and reflected the dynamics of the new trading environment.

Specifically, we:

  • Fully restructured media plans around new customer journeys that didn’t involve visiting stores
  • Built in greater dynamism and pace, accounting for major seasonal changes and key promotional moments like Black Friday
  • Identified new opportunities for growth by integrating disparate audience data and mapping search patterns
  • Optimised shopping feeds, aligning with real-time inventory availability and increasing the coverage of their product portfolio

 

This has led to Bensons having the confidence and evidence to increase spend and invest in additional digital activity, as they look to steal further share from key competitors.
