SYZYGY London wins The Drum’s 2021 Not for Profit Search Award for V&A work
Left without live exhibitions or on-site visitors, London museums have had to pivot dramatically over the last year.
Our work with the V&A innovatively turned to keyword analysis, finding that a pandemic-fuelled rise in searches for craft projects like knitting and sewing aligned perfectly with the V&A’s heritage in art, design and creative crafts. We refocused on these keywords, building new audiences online and enhancing the V&A’s reputation with them.
