Developer Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of SYZYGY and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the prize draw.
- Entry Period: The prize draw opens on 06/05/2024 and closes on 03/06/2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
- Entry Method: To enter, participants must complete the questionnaire provided by SYZYGY within the specified entry period. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Prize Details: There will be a total of 10 Amazon vouchers to be won, each worth £50. The vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Publicity: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Acceptance of Terms: Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. SYZYGY reserves the right to amend the prize draw terms and conditions at any time.
- Disqualification: SYZYGY reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Governing Law: The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- Promoter: The promoter is SYZYGY, whose registered office is at The Wingate 93-107 Shaftesbury Avenue, W1D 5DY.
By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
