At over 10 years, Mazda is Syzygy’s longest client relationship.
In the mid 1990s each market did its own thing and brand consistency was virtually non-existent. Our brief was to create one central digital business platform and deliver a strong, consistent brand message across all 22 European markets, from United Kingdom to Russia and Turkey.
We asked for a single dedicated Project Board to work with and built everything around customer insight, rather than each individual market’s different business requirements. We created one central European Web platform that allowed each market to deliver the true essence of the Mazda brand, complete with fully integrated back-end customer and product databases.
The sites showcased the latest car configurator and held a central CRM view of the entire customer journey, allowing each market to successfully move customers along the buying cycle. It is estimated that the cost savings of this activity are over £50 million so far.
