Allergan Aesthetics current business success relies heavily on deep and continuous relationships with a very specific audience of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) – the specialists who administer Juvéderm and Coolsculpting through clinics across the world.
Holding Allergan back was a common set of challenges: multiple, disparate data sources, a mix of disconnected technology, and a complex global makeup with substantial market differences.
SYZYGY has been working with Allergan since 2019 to overcome these challenges. Aggregating data sources (first and third party) has provided a much clearer picture of the needs and behaviours of their HCP audiences. Systems have been integrated to support multiple marketing channels including media, web, and CRM, enabling a full view of all activity.
Allergan’s move from a complex set of hard-to-interpret data sets, to having a synthesised, ready-to-act series of dashboards has enabled senior management to easily compare various markets’ performance.
