We have a long-standing association with consumer psychologist and digital ethnographer Paul Marsden. After all, as one of the most respected names in the digital industry, thought leadership is integral to our culture.

Paul is a consumer psychologist (ex-AstraZeneca), freelance market researcher and author. He’s lectured for The London School of Economics and is an owner of clickadvisor.com, an online market research agency specialising in digital ethnography and opinion leader research.

His studies focus on the financial value of brand advocacy, the role of opinion leaders in product uptake and the impact of participatory media on marketing success, especially social media. His clients include The British Government, The Economist, BBC, InBev, Orange, Nokia and Unilever.

He is currently writing a blog, in partnership with Syzygy called Social Commerce Today.
